Jazz Funk
Jazz Funk is a high-energy fusion of jazz dance technique and the bold attitude of street styles like hip-hop. Known for its sharp lines, fluid transitions, and powerful dynamics, this style thrives in commercial dance, from pop music videos to the biggest stage performances.
At C Dynasty, our Jazz Funk class is all about confidence and self-expression. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned dancer, you’ll find a supportive space to explore your style. Expect a mix of sexy and strong, with a focus on flexibility, strength, musicality, and picking up choreography with ease. Led by an experienced instructor who has performed as a backup dancer for high-profile artists, this class will help you dance with both precision and passion.
Hip Hop
C Dynasty’s beginner-friendly weekly classes go beyond just teaching dance steps—they bring the culture and history behind the movement to life. As a Black American, the instructor shares hip-hop as part of their heritage, offering students a deeper understanding of its essence. In each class, students learn foundational moves while developing the skills to piece them together into choreography, building confidence and creativity along the way. Whether they are new to dance or looking to refine their groove, dancers will find a welcoming space to move, learn, and connect.
